We received several contributions to help pay for the Kingston to Indianola trail connection through OPG property north of the Whitehorse development! A rough-graded trail has been completed and we are now well on our way to a great connection! Thanks to all contributors and to all volunteers who made this happen.

Jay Zischke with the Suquamish Tribe applied for an APP X Grant (Suquamish Tribal awards based on Gaming compact with State) to ask for funding and to build on our community efforts to create a connection between the end of the Whitehorse trail in Kingston to the closest existing logging road in the Heritage Park "Options" land.
He was successful and will be sending the NKTA a check for $1,500.00 to assist in this endeavor! Kudos to Jay!!!
