The User Group Committee will meet with all four identified groups, i.e. horseback riders, walkers, bicyclists and kayakers and create a matrix of needs and wants that can be incorporated into the master trail plan. The issues include, but are not limited to, trail width, surfacing, kayak pull-out areas, picnic tables, horse troughs, etc. and the location of each. This committee will also plan and organize upcoming Pearl events and will coordinate and execute future trail work parties.
